Director
of Caregiving Ministries to serve as primary resource person for caring ministries within the membership and constituency
of the congregation and seek opportunities to extend caregiving to the larger community. Part-time position, 10 hours per
week. We are seeking someone with these gifts and abilities: exceptional and sympathetic listening skills; empathy for those
experiencing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual struggles; ability to enlist others in meeting needs of members and
friends of the congregation; knowledge of and adherence to statutes covering disclosure of personal information.
Director of Equipping Ministries to help establish ways for the congregation to welcome, connect, equip,
call, and empower people to gift-based lay service. Part-time position, 15 hours per week. We are seeking someone with these
gifts and abilities: excellent skills in communication, organization, and leadership; able to establish achievable goals and
monitor progress; set clear guidelines for groups/teams; identify talents, gifts and skills of individuals; and equip others
to expand the Mission and Ministry of God’s Kingdom.
